The deliberate use of different materials gives a painting expressiveness, an impressive sense of life and a three-dimensional effect. The skillful highlighting of colour elements, a relief-like structure and the play of light with glossy and matt surfaces create a fascinating work of art that is intended to surprise again and again. Whether opaque or translucent layers of paint, subtle or strong shades, fine or coarse texture work - there are no limits to my enthusiasm for experimentation and creativity.
